Williams Carpet Care does not move furniture. We will carefully clean around any furniture that remains in the room. We do not recommend shuffling furniture around during the cleaning or drying time as it can cause permanent furniture stains and will dirty your freshly cleaned floors.

Yes, we ask that you please vacuum before we arrive. Vacuuming will help remove debris from your carpet. If you do not own a vacuum or are not capable of doing so, please discuss the details with the office during scheduling.

Wrinkles in your carpet are a sign you may need a carpet re-stretching. Carpet is engaged or “locked down” by the carpet tack strip lining the perimeter of your room.
