We clean carpet, grout and tile, upholstery, and rugs for both residential and commercial spaces.
We use high-quality products that are effective and meet the standards outlined in the cleaning industry. Several of our products have been approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute (CRI) Seal of Approval Program (SOA) and follow the standards and guidelines set forth the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification Standards (IICRC). Products are also compliant with United States EPA. For more questions on our products, contact our office for additional information.
Williams Carpet Care also offers Green Cleaning systems. This Green-Certified solution is powerful, but also safe for children, pets, and anyone concerned about harsh chemicals or allergens in the home. It is soap-free, detergent-free, hypoallergenic, organic, odorless, biodegradable, and non-toxic.
Under certain circumstances, we do require someone to be at the residence when we come to service your home. This allows you to work with our technicians and show them areas of concern or areas that may require extra attention. This also ensures our technicians know which rooms and areas are to be serviced, as well as understand any special instructions you may have.
If you cannot be on the property during the job, please discuss options with Williams Carpet Care office staff.
There are a few simple things to do before we arrive. We ask that you vacuum your floors, have light furniture moved away from the treatment area, and pick up any additional items such as children’s toys. Turn on ceiling fans and set your thermostat to room temperature 71°F. We also recommend making sure animals and small children remain outside of the treatment areas during servicing and several hours after cleaning due to equipment, cleaning solutions, and wet surfaces.
Yes, you need electricity to power your ventilation system for faster drying times. Williams Carpet Care does not need electricity to perform cleanings. We only require electricity for carpet re-stretching or red-out stain treatment.
Carpet dry times vary depending on the carpet type, carpet condition, and exterior weather. Standard dry times vary from 6-24 hours. Turning on ceiling fans and setting your thermostat to 71°F with the fan ON will help promote faster dry times.
Yes, you can, but it will cause your cleaned areas to take longer to dry. Be sure your shoes are clean and be careful when walking to a hard surface so you don’t slip.
Williams Carpet Care does not move furniture. We will carefully clean around any furniture that remains in the room. We do not recommend shuffling furniture around during the cleaning or drying time as it can cause permanent furniture stains and will dirty your freshly cleaned floors.
Yes, we ask that you please vacuum before we arrive. Vacuuming will help remove debris from your carpet. If you do not own a vacuum or are not capable of doing so, please discuss the details with the office during scheduling.
Wrinkles in your carpet are a sign you may need a carpet re-stretching. Carpet is engaged or “locked down” by the carpet tack strip lining the perimeter of your room. Sometimes this carpet can become disengaged and cause your carpet to wrinkle. Call our office to see if you need a professional carpet re-stretch.
Willams Carpet Care offers a Green Cleaning System option to rejuvenate your carpets and upholstery with an environmentally safe cleaning solution. This unique solution is powerful enough to clean even the dirtiest carpets by breaking down and removing dirt, detergent, and shampoo buildup. The Eco-friendly solution removes more than 94% of contaminants in carpets, rugs, and upholsteries.
No, please don’t use home treatments on your stains. They can potentially make the stains permanent. We recommend that you flush the spot with carbonated water (club soda) or call our office for more information on your specific stain.
A variety of factors go into whether a spot or stain can be removed. Depending on the stain itself, as well as the age and type of carpet, removal may not be possible. If you have a concern about a stain being permanent, talk with our office.
Many stains or spots will not reappear after being cleaned. However, some stains could rise to the surface after cleaning. If that is the case, please contact Williams Carpet Care as soon as you notice it.
We accept cash, money orders, checks, and credit/debit cards. We do not accept personal checks on move-out appointments.
